Thighs that don't touch? (ten points!)?

The running and maybe lunges will trim down your legs, but the squats are only going to make them bigger. I do excercises with power bands to tones my legs in addition to running a gazillion miles a week, and even though my thighs are firm and don't touch, they are still muscular fromk excercise. Try to do low impact excercise that lengthens the muscles and stay away from true bulking excercises like squats and weight lifting.
