Garter toss alternatives?

I'm getting married in 2 weeks, and I've been on the fence about the garter toss. I don't like the idea of it really, and we don't have a lot of single guys that'll be attending the wedding. My idea was to just give the bouquet to the maid of honor and giving a garter (from my pocket- which my dress has) to the best man. Anyone know of any other ideas for the garter toss? I'm not interested in bouquet toss ideas, because I would probably still do that like tradition if I don't use my idea. Thank you =)
