I need a workout schedule?

So I'm 15 gonna be 16 in august....I weigh about 150? and i just want to lose a lil bit of weight(it'll prolly just go away if i build muscle) and i want to just get fit...so can i have link to a site that could help me with a workout schedule. I have a YMCA that i go to and workout, and i wanna build all my muscles up, including, calves, thighs, bi/tri-ceps, and abs.
