How do I become a weightlifter I'm 15 6' and about 208 maybe more idk but my bench is 220 squat well it sucks because of knee problems but I still want to play baseball so here's my upper body workout bench Press 10-8-7-6-5-3-2 105-135-145-155-165-175-185 the close Bench at 115 3 set of 8 then military press 70 lbs then tricep pull down 112,113,114 then lat pull downs front (80-90-100) back (70-80-90) then flat flys with 40's and dumbbell curls 35's and finally preacher curls 25lbs and on legs days it's squat 3 sets of 10 at 145 and then leg extensions 70-80-90 3 sets of 12 hold for 2 seconds then calf raises 5 sets of 20 and finally deadlift 145 3 sets of 10 I take Amino acid stuff on upper body days in the morning because it gives me energy that's 3 scoops then after my workout I take gold standard 100% whey protein then another scoop of whey at night then on leg days I take whey in the morning after a workout and before I go to bed

Last night i had a large rash on my legs... For no apairent reason. It itched like crazy, and i woke up to having another. I also figured out its contagious.. We have a black angus heifer that is about a year old. She is in her own pen that is about half an acre big. She is fed twice a day with a sweet feed/Corn mix. She has free feed of cane hay and she get's alfalfa everyday too. She has clean water in her pen. None of that is new to her, and there has been no change in her feeding schedule or food. There is a steer calf in the pen next to her. There are two horses in another pen around her. But none of them have access to her. Today when we woke up she is mooing very loud and running around. The mooing is non stop and she is pushing on the fences and acting strange. Any ideas what could be the issue? She ate her feed and then went right back to mooing and running around.

I play HS football and ever since last season ended i've gained around 25lbs and its not good. And since football season is around the corner im trying to get fit. Today was the first day i went out to run. I started with a 1/4 a mile walk then started doing some hills. The hill is a pretty decent size and my goal was 30 but i only got to 10 then i was really out of breath and light headed. Last year i could run 30 before i even started to feel anything. So I'm 15 and 5,3 and I'm generally skinny except for when it comes to my calves. My calves are huge and muscular in comparison, so they just make me look shorter which I don't need. The only way you can have an outdoor ceremony is if you've rented a venue that has an indoor option in case of rain. I got married outside on a windy rainy day and it was clear for our ceremony and receiving line, but if it rained we would have seated the guests inside instead. In your case it's not wise to use that garden unless there's an indoor option in the immediate area in case of rain. Garter toss alternatives?

I'm getting married in 2 weeks, and I've been on the fence about the garter toss. I don't like the idea of it really, and we don't have a lot of single guys that'll be attending the wedding. The only thing I would add is the greenery in the rose centerpieces, use different kinds of traditional Christmas greenery, fir, pine, cedar, etc, just a bit with regular greenery that will be used. So if you don't see drastic enough changes after 2 weeks or so then add some more muscle-building exercises to your regiment. Just don't forget to eat right and drink lots of water everyday!

What should I do about my friend's cat?

My friend has a cat who is ALWAYS alone. She goes out of town for weeks at a time and then comes home for a day or two and then leaves again. She is battling alcoholism and she can't take very good care of her home, herself, or her cat. The cat always has food, and usually fresh water, but his litter box is always dirty and her place is filthy. I can't take the cat and I don't know anyone else who can. I think that he may have some health problems. He still seems like a very happy cat whenever I see him. He is allowed to go outside sometimes and he never runs away. He's lived in 3 or 4 different homes. I just feel so bad for this cat, and I know shelters are overcrowded. What should I do about him. Is it wrong for me to take him to be put to sleep? Wouldn't it be better then to take him to an overcrowded shelter where he is locked in a cage and then possibley put to sleep? Or should I let him live his lonely life in squalor? I've talked to my friend about this multiple times and she is lost. Everyone tells her that she has to get rid of the cat, and she goes back and forth about the issue. Why do my legs swell and itch while exercising?

I had knee surgery and MCL (hamstring implant) replacement back in March. I never had this problem before my surgery and I have noticed if I even stand for longer then 10 minutes ( just standing, not exercising) my calf gets bright red and swelled and very itchy. Today in physical therapy it got so bad I had to stop for the day. What could this be caused from? Like I said, I have never had this problem before, I dont have dry skin and I dont believe im allergic to anything... Any ideas?

Runninng/Jogging will build up calf muscle. What you want to do is tone your legs. You should do chairs (sit like a chair against the wall) for 30 seconds rest then 1 minute. That really helps to tone down your thighs. You can also do running because although it builds calf muscle it tones* it too. Hope this helps (:

Not getting back with the babys father for a girl?

Leg injury--not sure what it could be?

So, I am a runner and about 3 months ago I had to take some time off due to a fibula stress fracture in my right calf, so I took the adequate amount of time off and then slowly returned to running, only to end up with a pain in my tibia on the same leg. I self-diagnosed it as a stress fracture because I didn't/don't have the option of seeing a doctor. I've been away from running for 7 additional weeks to heal the tibial stress fracture and have only been cycling at the gym during that time. I don't plan to start running for another week, to give the supposed stress fracture the full 8 weeks to heal. However, I have noticed a weird pain in my right calf as of late. When I'm just walking around the house or something, it almost feels like my calf muscle is a bit loose or something, and, after going for a walk for about 15 minutes or so, it starts to have this dull achy kind of feeling, which usually goes away after resting for several minutes. I'm not sure that, if I did have a tibial stress fracture, this is just part of it, or if it is some kind of muscle strain or something that I could have gotten from cycling? Any information would be helpful, because I don't really have the option of going to see a doctor about it. Thank you!

How to slim down my massive bulky calves? Diet, exercise, stretching etc?

I am thin everywhere, else, I have literally no fat unfortunately in my butt, hips, and I am completely flat in the chest area because since the summer started, I noticed that all my fat started going to my calves. It looks really weird because my thighs and everything else is thin, except my calves, which look bulky and manly. I'm not sure if because I used to have gym in the school year, but I still jog 1.5 miles 3-4 times a week, and stretch a lot. My mom has "german" calves genetically and so do my sisters, but my dad's side is japanese and have very thin legs. Could it be from my mom's side, even though this came kind of suddenly because I used to have "chicken" legs. Are there any exercises to slim them down, and NOT make bulky, so no weights, or calf raises etc. I just want skinny calves if that would be possible. Does jump roping help slim down bulky calves or does it make them worse and does jogging help or make it worse? Is there a certain diet? PLEASE HELP, i want to get them back down before school starts so I can wear all the dresses and skirts I bought previously. I don't want to be stuck wearing long pants all the time!

What might be on my leg??? not a rash or bruise?

I was just in the shower and I noticed this bruise like spot on the back of my leg on my upper calf. Except I haven't hurt myself and it's not a bruise. It kinda reminds me of a hickey. Dvt blood clot pain during pregnancy?

For those that have had a dvt, can someone describe what kind of pain it caused? Was it an aching or sharp or sore pain? I have a spot on my calf that is sore when i flex my leg a certain way...but not so much when i flex my toes up like a dvt would. Theres no swelling or redness or warmth but i have read that 50% of dvts produce minimal to no symptoms at all. The pain i feel is not severe but its defintely sore when moved a certain way.

its in your calf? that is a charlie horse. its a potassium deficiency. the best way to get rid of them is to walk it off and to sit down with your legs straight out in front of you and together. then flex and point your legs alternating. it hurts but it will help. and you can massage it.

Muscle spasm after ACL surgery.?

Ever since I had reconstructive knee surgery to repair my ACL/MCL and meniscus in December, I have had very painful muscle spasms at night. It doesn't occur every night but when it does, it only happens in my left leg, which is the leg that i had surgery on. It is usually in my calf. When I have a spasms, it feels like my knee is moving and it is very painful in the morning. I had an x-ray and my surgeon said that my knee is not moving or shifting.What should I do? Has anyone else had this problem?

Shaving help for sensitive skin?

Whenever I shave my legs, no matter how gently I shave or how much I lather up, my legs always end up burning and covered with tiny red dots (this is usually just on my inner calves). I need to shave every day since my hair grows so fast, so it's really difficult for me to deal with the pain that often, or the unattractive redness that covers my legs. Will my girlfriend lose respect for me after what happened?

My girlfriend and I have been dating for over two years and I feel on cloud nine whenever I am around her or think of her. On Friday we got into an argument that now seems really silly but really agitated her. She dumped me after a few hours of arguing on Friday night (I was just tired and crabby). I was so crushed that I didn’t sleep at all that night. Well we were able to make up and after talking for a while we realized that the whole situation was silly. She seemed either touched or just surprised that I broke down like that because I have never shed a tear around her. Actually I haven’t let my emotions get me like that in years. I have always done everything to make her happy over the last two years and tried to be the best bf that I could be. I just feel like such a fool to let myself cry like a child over this when there could have been a better way of handling it. I guess the thought of letting her go just sucked the life out of me. Probably. It's funny, because I scored higher on my SAT's than he did, back when our scoring was on a 1600 max scale. And I never thought i would have been accepted into Yale with my score. And I was also one of the top students in my graduating class. And participated in sports and won awards. But the thing about Yale, is they want students who they know will be important some day, and since they knew he would probably be able to have connections to do big things, they probably took him for that reason. It's sad, but that's the way they do things here. You can be a total genius, but if you have no drive, or they think you will never do anything amazing with it, then they won't accept you. Even if you scored perfect on your SAT's and were the class valedictorian. They want leaders, and apparently they saw that quality in him.

hi 8 weeks ago whilst in canada my left leg went down deep snow and i fell forward,for 2 weeks it was agony and i could barely walk,i rested it with ice and a support.when i got home i went to the doc who said it was a ligament,she gave me pain killers and gel to rub on,i can walk on the leg fine now but my knee feels really tight and locks if i kneel also the calf muscle really hurts if i turn my foot inwards,its also painfull when sleeping especialy if i rest my good leg on it,im still walking but when i rest it swells and really throbs.can anyone give any idea what this injury is and how long it will take to heal?i cant exercise or anything and its getting me down

Permanent bruise? Is it possible?

A few months ago I used to date this guy and long story short, he had a bad temper. We got into a physical fight and oddly enough the worst damage was he bit my leg (right leg, on the left side of the calf) really hard. Immediately the bite mark swelled (although I don't think it really punctured the skin) and it hurt like hell to take my jeans off. Soon id acquired a bruise larger than a softball taking up almost my entire left calf of my right leg. And it didn't go away for almost a month! Now its no longer visible, but I swear when I rub my leg around there I sort of can feel it.. it just doesn't feel quite right. Ok so I work out a lot.On tread-mill etc.I am after trapping a muscle.It's pains me to walk and to even touch.it's my left calf that is worse right is not as bad.I drink a lot of milk and eat a lot of bananas.So I have enough potassium.I also drink a lot of water while working out.I work out nearly every day.How can I make the muscle be released? Do not be persuaded to take him to a shelter or call animal control. Ask his "owners" if they can get his neutered. This should help with the spraying and the need to be dominant (when he struts and hisses at your cats). If you need to, when he comes around your house, scar him away or spray him with water. You can also talk to his "owners" about the problem. they will probably not be too upset, if you talk to them politely about it. They might even be able to train him to be an indoor cat f it comes down to either him being an indoor cat, or him being a "sleeping" cat. They might be able to do this by keeping him inside overnight and then letting him out as soon as they wake up. This way he will slowly get used to being inside for long periods of time. After he seems comfortable inside overnight, you can extend, or shorten you need to, the time inside. But do not go too fast for him. First, make sure he is comfortable at the time spent inside before lengthening it.

I have tendinitis in my feet . In may I tore my quadricep muscle . Now I have a strained calf! While I was in gymnastics , I strained my ankle basically once every two months !! Now even my mom is wondering why I keep hurting myself. Most of the time I am also minorly hurting myself . After hours of dancing and doing the same exact thing as my classmates , I have bruises ALL over my legs , and HUGE ones too. Is there something wrong? Can it fly? It will most likely not survive because it is a captive bird, i'm sorry. Put up flyers. Put its cage at your backyard or the roof where your bird can see it, so when it wonders hungry around and saw its cage, it will make its way back since thats its source of food. Inform ur neighours to contact u if they see a cockatiel that is why i say put flyers. If it cant fly, no use putting the cage on the roof.
