I worked out because i thought blood flow was my problem and it is. I worked out and took a shower, while taking a shower in cold water, i believe my calf went to sleep! If iam not getting enough blood flow, what can i do to get more blood flow? I rarely work out and i danced today and my calf fell asleep. I dont know if its that important to go to the doctor for. I leave in 1 day to a 10 day trip. I dont want to deal with this the whole time. Is there any solutions?
