HELP!!!! HOW CAN I GET MY WILL NOTARISED AND LEGAL LIVING IN TURKEY?

Since I arrived in 2007 I have been TRYING...........to get my Will notarised and legalised. I have talked and received advice from various Avukats, all of which either seem to have no idea at all as to the process, and/or tell me 'yes, Georgie, no problem we can handle this for you', then...after a few weeks I am back to the same situ no action. There are many stumbling blocks, (according to the Avukats), one of them is getting a physciatric report (which is sometimes required and sometimes not, depending on the what a Notari requires), as I am not a Turkish citizen and my Turkish is little, State Hospitals here are reluctant to handle this for me. I am running around like a headless chicken with this and it is making me crazy with anxiety. PLEASEEEEEEEE if there is anyone out there who is an expert in this matter? or can give me an idea of how I can do this myself without the aid of a VERY EXPENSIVE Avukat? or there is somebody that has actually had the same situ and has managed to get their Wills notarised? or there is anybody that can HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! I would really appreciate this. Please.......do not insult my intelligence by telling me 'this is a simple process Georgie'......if that was the case I would not be seeking help and pleading for assistance and pulling my hair out on a daily basis. Basic info on me, 62, single, living alone in Istanbul, all my family, (who are my main inheritors), are living in the UK. My Will is standard written in UK Format. Thank you!!! -::((((((((((((((
