What might be on my leg??? not a rash or bruise?

I was just in the shower and I noticed this bruise like spot on the back of my leg on my upper calf. Except I haven't hurt myself and it's not a bruise. It kinda reminds me of a hickey. I've been at home resting all day it just appeared, it's not a rash, it doesn't hurt or itch I have never gotten this before its definitely not a bruise its about the size of a quarter and has red and purple squiggly lines under the skin in that one spot I pushed on it and felt nothing and I only have one.. what could this be?
