Ladies I need your help! Do girls like flowers when they are delivered?

I've been on 4 dates with this girl and she's on a business trip for the week. Sounds like its been a rough week for her and I want to surprise her with a bouquet of pink roses delivered to her house to surprise her when she gets back. Do you think she would like this? Advice please! :)
