Slimmer legs? (ten points!)?

Runninng/Jogging will build up calf muscle. What you want to do is tone your legs. You should do chairs (sit like a chair against the wall) for 30 seconds rest then 1 minute. That really helps to tone down your thighs. You can also do running because although it builds calf muscle it tones* it too. Hope this helps (:
