My upper body is very thin, but my thighs and calf are like slightly fat-ish, why?

Maybe it's because you're eating standing-up, because of this the fat is sinking to your legs and thighs. either that or you need to excersice more in the lower body area, it's like excirescising to become skinny in the stomache area. i hope that will help.
