I need some simple exercises?

I've been on a weight loos plan for a little while, and have lost all the weight I need to. I've also been doing exercises than have tones my calves and thighs more. Unfortunatly, they've worked more on my calves than on my thighs. I still need to los 2 inches on my thighs, and I need to lose my "bingo wings". These are all on my thats really left that needs to be toned. If anyone has some exercises I could do to get rid of them, I'd be very happy!
