I need some short wellies but can't get the right fit!?

i'm a girl and i have size 9/10 feet but my calves are quite small and i'm struggling to find a pair of short wellies that aren't massive at the top! i ordered a pair that fit my feet but are too big around leg and look silly :( just wondering if anyone has any ideas? i need them for a festival! thanks :-)
