I have a plant that I got as a clipping and started it's roots in a glass.?

Once I put it in a pot it took years to grow, about eight and then it started blooming flowers. It is a vine and the flowers are tiny little pink ones. They grow in a bunch of about ten or twelve. They look like little bouquets of flowers. Does anyone know what the name of this plant could be?
