I am going to be focusing on 10 groups of muscle so I can bulk up and have a nice body. I was wondering how many should I workout on each day? I was thinking work on 3 each day, but here are the groups I am going to be working on: Back, Deltoids, Triceps, Biceps, Pecs, Neck, Forearms, Legs, Calves, and Abs. Thanks, I also run 6 times a week and do cardio after I run, so I am doing these mostly to tone and build muscle.
