How can I finish this book!!!?

Sounds awesome! I'd definitely read that book. Great idea :D About never having finished a book, I've found that by starting story after story I get really good ideas. Besides, the more I write the more advanced I become, so when I finally finish a story I'll be a great writer. Don't worry about it too much, just keep writing. Someday you will finish a book, and it will be amazing.
