What are the red bites in my legs from?

I Have cleaned everything. My clothes, the carpets, the dogs and NOTHING. The dogs don't have fleas and my bed doesn't seem to have bed bugs. The bumps or bites are mainly located on my feet ankle and calves. The bumps are small and look like flea bites but I cannot find any fleas. No one else in my family has them, so I figured they must hae been in my room but there are no bugs to be found. The itch and mainly itch at night. Could they just be mosquito bites? It has been rainy to I have been wearing jeans and flip flops witch could have only caused them to be by my legs but some are them are too small. The bites also give quick, sharp, pains every once and a while. Please help! I'm becoming paraniod of bugs or other things crawling all over me
